the same link every week
Weekly games fall apart when the link changes every week. This plan gives your group one hub that holds this week’s game, the spots, the fee and the rules, so the message in the chat is always “same link”.
What this plan creates
The plan creates the game as an event, a who’s-in sheet with numbered spots people claim, a split for the court or field fee and a note with the rules and the address. The hub card shows the game with a countdown and how many spots are open.

Each week you add the next game and the old one drops to the bottom. Regulars keep the hub link saved; someone new gets it once and has everything they need.
How to set it up
Create the hub from the plan and set this week’s date and the number of spots.
Players claim a spot on the sheet and RSVP to the game from the same page.
From the hub page, add an Event for the next date. The card always leads with the soonest game.
What changes when it is one link
The sheet shows numbered spots and who has them; the card shows how many are left.
Whoever books the court adds it to the split; the page says who owes their share.
The rules and the address are on the page; nobody has to be told twice.
Pickup game hub FAQ
Can I cap the number of players?
Yes. The event can have a limit, and the sheet has exactly as many spots as you make rows.
Can a regular add the next game?
By default anyone with the link can add a link; you keep the right to remove and rearrange. Change that from the admin link.
What if the game is rained out?
Close the event from its admin link or move its date. The card and the page follow the change once the link is re-pasted.
