Volunteer shifts —
time slots with spots, people pick one
A volunteer sheet is a set of shifts, not a headcount. This kind uses the Slots layout: each shift has a name, a time and a number of spots, the card lists them with who has taken what, and a volunteer picks a slot from their phone in one tap.
What the group sees
Choose Volunteer shifts and the creator opens a slot builder with four example shifts: setup, ticket table, food line, cleanup. Rename them, set the spots, add more, and the card in the chat lists each shift with the names on it and “2 open” or “Full” at the end of the row. The progress ring counts spots across every shift.

A volunteer opens the link, picks a shift from the list, types a name, and is on it; they can take a second shift the same way. When a shift fills, its row says Full and it drops out of the picker. The host removes a name with one tap and can print a flyer with a QR code for the sign-up table.

The card lists the shifts that still need hands. The printed flyer carries a QR code to the same link.
Every sign-up moves the card; re-share it and the group sees which shifts are covered.
What it does for you
Nobody types “I can do 10 to 12” into a chat that someone else has to tally.
A ticket table needs two people, cleanup needs four. Each shift has its own number.

How many shifts can I add?
Up to forty per link. The card shows the first several and says “+N more slots”; the page lists them all.
Can a shift have no limit?
Leave the spots blank and the shift takes any number; the card shows how many are on it.
Can I move someone between shifts?
Remove the name from one shift on the page and ask them to pick the other, or sign them up yourself with the host tools.
