A book club’s chat is mostly two questions: what are we reading and when are we meeting. This plan keeps both answers on one link, with the discussion questions and the snack sign-up beside them.
What this plan creates
The plan creates a vote for the next book, an event for the next meeting, a note for the discussion questions and a snack sign-up sheet. Between meetings the hub card shows the vote and when it closes; the week of, it shows the meeting and the days until it.

Members open one link for everything. The host writes the questions into the note before the meeting, and everyone reads them from the same page instead of scrolling for a screenshot.
How to set it up
Create the hub from the plan and put the candidate titles in the vote’s options.
Type the date; members RSVP from the page. Change it and the card follows.
Add a new vote and a new meeting each time; the old ones drop down the list. The link in the chat never changes.
What changes when it is one link
Members who open the link to RSVP also see the vote, and the vote gets more answers.
The host’s discussion questions live in the note, formatted with headings and numbers, readable at the table.
The sign-up sheet takes a name per row; nobody brings the second cheese board.

Can members suggest books?
Add them to the vote from its admin link, or let members add a second vote to the hub with their picks.
Can the vote be anonymous?
Votes show counts, not names, so the tally is public and the picks are private.
How many members can join?
As many as have the link. The hub has no member limit; the member list on the page is optional and only for names.
