Fundraisers run on volunteers who have ten minutes to figure out what you need from them. This plan gives them one link: the shifts they can take, the prep list they can grab a task from, the day itself and why it matters.
What this plan creates
The plan creates a volunteer sheet with Shift, Volunteer, Phone and Confirmed columns, a prep checklist for tables, signage and the cash box, the event day with its RSVP, a split for the costs the organizers front, and a note about the cause and where the money goes.

The hub card counts the open shifts, so a glance at the chat says how much help is still needed. Volunteers open the page, put their name in a shift, tick a prep task, and the counts on the card change the next time the link is pasted.
How to set it up
Pick the plan and rename the shifts to your times. Add a second sheet for donations of goods if you collect them.
Type the tasks, comma separated. Volunteers tick them off from the page; open tasks show as a count on the card.
The same link goes to every chat. Open shifts and open tasks are visible to all, so people take what is left.
What changes when it is one link
The sheet marks each empty Volunteer cell as an open spot, and the card says how many remain.
No accounts for volunteers, no admin console for you. The link is the sign-up.
The note explains what the money funds, on the same page where people commit their time.
Fundraiser hub FAQ
Can I ask volunteers for a phone number?
The volunteer sheet includes a Phone column. People fill it in when they claim a shift.
Can volunteers un-claim a shift?
Yes. They clear their name from the row, and the spot opens again on the card.
Can I close sign-ups?
Close the sheet from its admin link, or close the whole hub. Closed links still show their final state.
