A team’s parents need the same four things every week: where the game is, who is on snacks, what is owed and the field rules. This plan puts them on one link that stays the same all season, so the chat pinned message never goes stale.
What this plan creates
The plan creates this week’s game as an event, a snack schedule as a sign-up sheet with an open spot per game, a split for the season fees and a note with the field address and rules. Each week you add the next game; the hub card always shows the soonest one and how many days away it is.

Because the hub link never changes, it belongs in the team chat’s pinned message and on the fridge. Parents open it on the drive over and tap the game for the pin, or the snack sheet to see whose turn it is.
How to set it up
Create the hub from the plan and name the team. The first game, the snack sheet, the fees split and the field note are created with it.
From the hub page, add an Event per game. The card ranks them by date, so the next game is always first.
One link in the team chat, all season. Parents claim snack duty on the sheet and RSVP to each game from the same page.
What changes when it is one link
The sheet marks open spots; a parent claims one and the count on the card drops.
The split shows who has paid the season fee without a separate reminder thread.
Past games sort to the bottom of the agenda; the card and the page lead with what is next.

Can a parent add a game?
By default anyone with the link can add a link; only the organizer can remove or rearrange. Tighten that from the admin link if you prefer.
Can I export the games to a calendar?
Yes. The hub page offers an .ics file with every dated event in the hub, so the season goes onto phones in one tap.
What about a tournament weekend?
Make a second hub for the tournament and add it as a link inside the season hub. Hubs can nest.
