Find a Date in the Chat
Post three or four times in the team chat and let the link do the counting. Everyone marks Yes, If needed or No under each time, the best one is ringed, and when you lock it the same link becomes the invite, with Add to calendar and a reminder before it starts. Nobody signs in.
How meeting time voting works
In Vote, choose the dates poll and add each slot with a date and a time: Tue 10:00, Wed 2:30, Thu 9:00. Planning the meeting itself? Start an Event instead, switch on Find a time first and propose two to eight times.
Paste the link in Slack, Teams or WhatsApp. It unfurls as a Date strip card, one column per time. Each person answers Yes, If needed or No for every time, and you can ask for names or leave them optional.
The best date is the one with the most yeses, then the most if-neededs. On an Event, tap Lock this time: everyone who ticked it goes on the list and the same link is now the invite. Share it again and the fresh card shows the date.
Answers instead of a reply-all thread
No sign-in screen, no email to confirm, no app to download. A colleague on another company's email system votes the same way as you: open, tap, done.
The page shows every answer as it comes in and checks for new ones every few seconds. Post the link again and the new card carries the latest tally, so the late responders can see where things stand.
No emails collected and no ads. Your organizer link adds Link Insights: how many people opened the poll and how many answered, by day and by chat app, never who.
Two ways to find a time
Both start with a few times and end with one date. The difference is what happens next.
Use it when you only need an answer: which night works for the quarterly review, which Saturday for the offsite. The Date strip card shows the best time so far and how many can make it.
Use it when people will need the details later. Locking a time turns the poll into the invite, with Going / Maybe / Can't go, Add to calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook) and the call link for online meetings.
For a standing sync, set the Event to repeat every week or every 2 weeks. One link covers the season and rolls over to the next date on its own.
Pick your time zone when you create the poll. Every time is saved as a real moment in it, so name the zone in the question if the team is spread out: “Kickoff call, times in PT.”
