Family reunion hub:
every household, one link
A reunion has more moving parts than any other weekend: three generations, a dozen households, one rented house and a kitchen that has to feed everyone. This plan makes six links at once and keeps them on one page, so the family chat carries one link instead of six.
What this plan creates
The plan creates the reunion weekend RSVP, a vote on which weekend works, a rooms sheet where each household claims a bed, a dish sign-up, a cost split for the house and the groceries, and a note with the address and the schedule. Each is a link of its own, with its own chat card, already attached to the hub.

- NoteAddress & scheduleCheck-in from 3pm Friday. Group photo Saturday at 4.
Relatives tap the hub once and see the whole weekend: what is coming up, which rooms are still free, which dishes nobody has claimed yet. One person can answer for a household, guests and all. When the date is settled or the last room is taken, share the hub link again and the new card leads with what is next.
How to set it up
Pick the Family reunion plan on the hub creator. Rename the family, the rooms and the dishes, and drop any link the weekend does not need.
Type the weekends you could do into the vote. Once one wins, set the RSVP’s date and the house details in the note.
Everyone RSVPs, claims a room and a dish, and sees what they owe from the same page.
What changes when it is one link
The rooms sheet has a sign-up column, so a free bed shows as Open and a claimed one shows the family’s name.
Switch the split to shares and a family of four carries four shares of the house while a couple carries two.
No app and no account: if a relative can open a link in a text, they can answer.
Family reunion hub FAQ
Can one person RSVP for the whole household?
Yes. The RSVP has a guest count, so one person answers for everyone they bring, up to the limit you set.
Does CollectiveTap handle the money?
No. The split works out who owes whom and records payments when people mark them paid; the money moves however your family already pays.
Can relatives add their own links?
Yes. By default anyone with the hub link can add one, such as a carpool sheet or a game-night vote. The organizer can limit that in the hub’s settings.
