Guests do not want a wedding website with a login; they want to know when to be where, how to get there and where to sleep. This plan creates those answers as links inside one hub and gives you one URL to put on the invitation.
What this plan creates
The plan creates two events, the rehearsal dinner and the ceremony with its reception, a carpool sheet with Driver, Seats, Riders and Leaving columns, a note for hotels and travel, and a checklist guests tick off: RSVP, book the hotel, tell us about dietary needs.

The hub card shows the next event and the days until it. Guests who open the hub see both RSVPs, claim a seat in a car, and read the hotel block details without leaving the page. Print the QR code on the invitation and the same link works from paper.
How to set it up
Pick the plan and rename the events to match your schedule. Add a third event, say a Sunday brunch, with one tap.
Dates give guests the countdown; the note holds the room block and the shuttle times.

What changes when it is one link
Your grandmother and your college roommate open the same link and it just works.
Drivers add a row with their seats; riders put their names in. You never build a spreadsheet of who is with whom.

Can guests RSVP for a plus-one?
Yes. Each event’s RSVP takes a name per guest, so a couple adds two names.
Is the guest list private?
The hub is visible to anyone with the link. Keep the link to invited guests, and use the admin link to close it after the wedding.
Can I collect dietary needs?
Add a Sheet with a Dietary column, or ask guests to note it in the checklist’s item. Both live inside the same hub.
