Team offsite hub —
the whole day on one link

Offsites die in the logistics: a calendar invite here, a lunch poll in Slack, prep tasks in a doc nobody opens, receipts in a spreadsheet. This plan puts the day, the vote, the tasks, the agenda and the expenses on one page that works without anyone signing in.

What this plan creates

You get the offsite event with its RSVP, a vote on where to eat, a task board for the prep work, a note holding the agenda and a split for whoever pays for lunch or the room. The hub card leads with what is next, so the week before it shows the lunch vote closing, and the day of it shows the event.

  • TaskPrep tasksstarts with Book the room, Order lunch, Print name tags

Nothing here needs a workspace or a login. Contractors, new hires and the person who never accepted the calendar invite all open the same link from Slack or a text and see the same page.

How to set it up

1
Start from Team offsite

Pick the plan on the hub creator. Rename the tasks and the lunch options to match your day.

2
Set the date

The event’s date drives the countdown on the card. Put the agenda in the note now or later.

3
Drop the link in the channel

Everyone RSVPs and votes from the page. Ticked tasks and the lunch winner show on the card when you paste it again.

What changes when it is one link

One link survives the tool sprawl

Slack, email and a calendar invite all carry the same URL, and it always opens the current plan.

Prep is visible

Open tasks show as a count on the card, so the organizer is not the only one who knows what is left.

Expenses settle themselves

Lunch and the room go in the split; the page says who owes whom, with no expense report.

Team offsite hub FAQ

Can people outside the company open it?

Yes. The link is the access. Share it with the venue or a facilitator and they see the same page.

Can I lock the plan so only I can change it?

From the hub’s admin link, set who may add or rearrange links. Title, look and those settings are always yours alone.

Does the agenda note support headings?

Yes. Headings, bullets, checklists and callouts, and it renders the same on the page and on its card.
