A cabin weekend generates five threads before anyone has packed: who is coming Friday, which hike, who brings the coffee, who paid for the groceries, what the door code is. This plan creates all five as links inside one hub, so the group chat only ever needs one.
What this plan creates
Start the hub and the arrival dinner RSVP, the day-trip vote, the packing list, the cost split and the house-rules note are created with it, each a link of its own with its own chat card. The hub card shows what is next: the vote that closes Thursday, then the dinner on Friday, with a countdown in the corner.

People tap the hub once and land on the trip page: a Coming up strip with the dates, the links in order, and, once you add the names, a who’s in table that shows who has RSVP’d. When the plan changes, paste the hub link again and the chat card catches up.
How to set it up
Choose Weekend trip on the hub creator. The five links appear as a checklist you can rename, reorder or trim before anything is created.
Type the arrival dinner’s date and the hike options. Everything else can be filled in later from the trip page.
Paste the hub link in the group chat. The card carries the next thing that needs an answer; the page carries the rest.
What changes when it is one link
Five separate links means five cards scrolling past. The hub card is the one that stays pinned, and it always says what is next.
The cost split lives beside the RSVP and the packing list, so nobody has to dig for it on Sunday night.
Anyone with the link can add a link of their own, say a playlist or a restaurant booking, without being able to delete yours.

Can I add a link that is not a CollectiveTap tool?
Yes. Paste any URL on the hub page, such as a Spotify playlist or an Airbnb listing, and it appears as a link with its preview.
Do guests need an account?
No. The hub, and every link inside it, works from the shared URL. Guests RSVP, vote and tick items with nothing to install.
What happens after the weekend?
The hub keeps working until it expires. Close it from the admin link when you are done, or keep it as the record of the trip.
