How to set up a potluck sign-up sheet

From a blank sheet to a full table takes about two minutes.

Set the columns

Pick the Sign-up sheet template (Name, Bringing, Serves). Type the dishes you need into Bringing, then tap the Name column and turn on People sign up in this column, so every blank name is an open spot.

Paste the link

Drop it into iMessage, WhatsApp, Slack or your Facebook event. The card shows the table, marks the open spots and totals the Serves column; sharing the link again posts a card with the latest.

Watch dishes fill in

Guests tap an open spot and type their name, or add a row for a dish you did not list. The page picks up everyone else's changes within seconds, no refresh needed.
